You (the owner) have a Community Services Card or live in an area identified as low-income (call us on 0800 327 946 to check your address).
Your home doesn’t have ceiling or underfloor insulation.

Community Services Card owner-occupiers: 100% funding.
You (the owner) live in an area identified as Dep Zone 9, or 10: 100% funding.
You (the owner) live in an area identified as Dep Zone 7, or 8: 80% funding.
